Brewed to celebrate the birthday of one of our favourite places on earth – Little Leeds Beerhouse. We came up with a dry, zesty and piney American Wheat ale that's super refreshing and just in time for spring.

Fat på MBCC 2019, blå session. Spökgul superdisig med kritvit krona. Torrt med toner av vete och citrus. Oerhört humligt, skulle snarare placera det som en vete-dominerad hazy IPA.

Tap @ MBCC 2019. Poured hazy orange in color. yellowish almost. Smooth, clean easy fruity. Tropical fruits, hops, malts and juiciness. Light bitterness, really fresh and good drinkability.

Can at home picked up from the Experiment. An attractive, milky golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is nice soft white bread, wheat, fresh green leafy citrus hop, low rubber puck, mellow tropical fruits. Flavour is composed of soft wheat, oats, green citrus, touch of pine, mellow mango and peach smoothie. Palate is full, soft and rounded, moderate carbonation Very crush able. Little pinch of salt, chalk. Very tasty.

Can from Hogs Back Brewery shop. Pine aroma with a popcorn edge to it. Opaque pineapple gold. Thick fluffy white head. Light bitter with a light sour edge and underlying sweetness. Some spice. Grains in the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. I like it but may as well be labelled as an IPA.

Draught, 1/3 pint. Tasted on the 19/04/2019 at Little Leeds Beerhouse, Leeds (England). Murky golden colour with a medium and foamy white head. Beautiful appearance. Aroma is riped fruits, peach and oat. Taste is the same, balanced and fruity. Finish is medium light bitter and juicy. Solid. Next one please!

440ml can. Murky opaque pale gold, big creamy white head. Aroma is citrusy, peach, wheat. Taste is fruity, citrus, peach, a little pine, wheat, light sweet, low bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Not that much different to their pale ales to be honest, a fuller body... great beer though.

Can. Little Leeds Beer House. Colour of custard. About as opaque. Thick, creamy, lasting white head. Nose has peach and orange sorbet. Lemon mousse. Runny honey. Cherry blossom. It’s fruity and floral in spades. Taste is fruity and sweet, with a light, citrus bitterness. Creamy on the palate. Soft and foamy. Light bitter finish. Decent.

Keg at the Experiment - Hackney. Pours super murky yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Tastes great, lots of juicy citrus fruits, bread wheat character, mellow bitter lemon rind, some peach and guava, tangerine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, more citrus fruit puree, a dash of flinty dryness. Nice.
