Starz in your Eyes

We used Pilsner and Vienna malt along with some flaked corn and rice and a super low mash temperature to help develop the crispy dryness and light mouthfeel of this Extra Brut IPA. We then bombarded it with tropical fruit and citrus hops in the whirlpool and dry hop additions. The champagne-like carbonation gives it its bright effervescence which makes this an extremely sessionable beer.
