Bottle. A dense, off-white head of finger-thick height sits patiently on top of a lightly unclear golden body. The aroma has pine cones and some citrus peel, feels quite sugary and thereβs also some pale malts. Itβs pretty sweet on the palate, with orange peel up front and white sugar and pale malts in the back. Some yeast notes too. A nice bitterness towards the end. Nothing impressive going on. 140117

Hazy gold - amber beer, tidy white head. Palate is soft and airy with mild fine carbonation. An odd aniseed - herby start, almost medicinal. Touch of creamy malt. Spicy pine. Dry finish. Medicinal aftertaste. Meh!

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Very hazy dark orange color, medium sized off - white head. Aroma is a bit fruity and a bit sweaty. Tastes about the same: malts, sweaty, the hops that are present taste like the bottle has been exposed to a lot of (sun)light. Lightly bitter. Average body and carbonation. Meh.

28/XI/13 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: 23/VII/14, bottled: 23/VII/13 (2013-1097)
Clear deep orange beer, huge creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity start, peaches, citrus, then yeasty, bit chemical, band-aid and glue, this is not good. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: slightly sweet start, some caramel, sweet mango, then a very pungent bitterness, touches of band-aid. Aftertaste: piny, very bitter, chemical flavours, band-aid again, unpleasant, yeasty, overripe banana.
