Murky pour with a vast quantity of sediment. The taste is deep and rich and lots of malt. You know what, this ain't half bad! Maybe some hops would have been nice to try and create some balance? Anyway, not one to seek out again, but perfectly pleasant.

Half litre can from a local Lidl. Poured into my huge 'Judas' glass at home, late on 20th October 2025. Hazed golden orange body, white crown on top. Malty front in the taste, with a Belgian yeasty feel within the caramel/toffee like flavour. Some hop action, but it's boozy, yeasty and semi sweet it's also good value. It's very much like a US Malt Liquor styled beer too. Happy with this.

Can from Lidl. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of honey and corn flakes. Flavour of tinned peaches. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. This needs more bitterness, but it’s perfectly drinkable and good bang for buck.

50 cl can. Honey-yellow, hazy, yellowish head. Aroma: malty, dense, alcoholic, a little yeasty, slightly grassy. Taste: dense, malty, strong, alcoholic, yeasty, slightly bitter, similar to a banal strong lager.

Considering the price, this one is a correct imperial ipa, not bad at all with generous notes of alcool, malt, caramel, some hop, 22.12.2018, at Bonfol, buying it in one lidl, Renens.

0.5 litre can from Lidl in Carpenders Park, Herts. A hazy orange coloured pour with a huge off white head on top. Sweetish, hoppy, orange, malty, caramel aroma and taste. A bit harsh and unbalanced but also a strangely drinkable DIPA from Lidl. With some tweaks this could be quite decent.

Can, gusher. Pours a fairly dark, cloudy amber. Medium white head. Scent is loads of caramel malts, very little to no hops. Taste is bit bitter. Caramel malts. Very little to nearly no hoparoma. All and all, i can enjoy it for what it is. But IPA seems a bit of a stretch. Sweet finish, bitterness doesnt last.

Can at home, köszi Tomi! Semi clear golden pour with an off-white head. Nose is honey, booze, light citruses, pine and that classic macro IPA aroma. Taste is also sweet and boozey, with piney, citric, grassy hint and a dry, warmingly alcoholic finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not as terrible as I thought it would be.
