33cl bottle. Clear dark brown pour with a fine beige head. Smells like dark cherries, sherry, roasted malts. Bitter and slightly metallic taste, with notes of roasted malts, smoke and dark chocolate.

Bottle. A gusher, almost clear though, topped by a dense, light beige head leaving some lacings. Dark brown in color. Roasted malts, lots of chocolate, some dried fruits and a faint yeast note on the nose. The flavor has vanilla and coffee blending in with the roasted malts and chocolate known from the aroma. Full body and a nice carbonation level. Lasting finish. A decent beer, but a tad boring I think. Lacks depth. 140530
