Our very first IPA brewed back in 2013 was eponymously named after the street we called home: Congress Street. Its success inspired an entire series of beers, each of which used the same base recipe featuring a different dry hop presenting a unique flavor with common ties. Naming each one of these beers after separate streets in the Fort Point neighborhood created a unique bond to the neighborhood we are proud to call home. Even as we grow and explore, the Street Series will always have a special connection to our roots. The culmination of all our Street beers over the past seven years, The Streets is a Triple IPA brewed to celebrate our anniversary.
Using the same base recipe and bumping the ABV up to 10%, we dry-hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, El Dorado, Simcoe & Nelson. Heavily hazy and orange in appearance, The Street offers a nose rich with aromas of candied peach, tropical fruit, lime zest, pineapple and melon rind. These notes extend right through to the palate with complimentary flavors ripe apricot, orange peel, and white wine. Subtly sweet with a balancing floral bitterness, The Street has a creamy and smooth mouthfeel that rounds out this drinkable Triple IPA.
STYLE: Triple IPA
ABV: 10.0%
HOPS: Amarillo, Mosaic, Galaxy, El Dorado, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, Vic Secret, Enigma, Citra
MALT: American 2-Row Barley, White Wheat, C-15

16 ounce can from Libby’s Liquors. Hazy orange gold pour. Big creamy white head leaves splendid lacing. Fragrant aromas of sweet citrus, mango, peach and melon. First sip is an amalgamation of flavors. Notes of tangerine, melon, peach, mango and lime. Secondary notes of warming alcohol and apricot. Big flavor, big body, big beer.

200th Hazy IIPA rating! Pours a very nice golden orange from a tap. Big apricot nose followed by some stone fruit. Similar flavor, can’t hide the alcohol. Pretty good beer.

1 pint can, canned 03/18/19, thanks to Werckmeister!
Dark orange, juicy body, with a medium, fluffy, lacing, yellowish head.
Aroma of pine needles, resin, honeydew melon, tropical fruits, stone fruits, some grapefruit, some honey.
Tastes similar, with a broad honey-like body, some alcohol.
Amazing, very oily mouthfeel, with just enough carbonation. Finishes medium bitter, medium dry, a bit sweet, warm, resinous, piney, moderate juicy, with some sweet tropical fruits, some honey.
Very tasty! Thick and quite heavy, with some alcohol noticeable, while still well balanced, not too overwhelming. Lovely resinous, piney character on top of the juicy fruits and a broad sweet body. Very interesting stuff, while not an everyday beer for sure, more of a slow sipper, which happens to be very hoppy and juicy. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 5 / 17
