heeft ook een lichte rooksmaak. Voor deze kuiter is met een French Saison gist gebruikt.

Deze Nobele Europese hop wordt al ruim twee eeuwen verbouwd. Om de hopsmaak specifieker te maken is deze hop gebruikt als bitterhop, aromahop en dry hop.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is citrus yeast. The flavour is light acid sour with a watery light veggie palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Perfect for the green Thai curry I was eating at the time, but then again, a glass of water would probably have done the trick too. It seems like a whole bunch of flavours that ultimately go nowhere.

Bottle. It’s a lighlty hazy, golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma has yeast, pale malts and a little fruityness. Pretty yeasty flavor too, with some fruit and pale malts. Some bitterness towards the finish. Medium body and a nice carbonation. Some bitterness in the finish too. Not very good this one. 140117

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, some mild floral and earthy notes along with some grassy and mildly bready malts to it. Flavour is rather similar, but is dominated by a kind of herbal sweetish thing that’s hard to describe. Mild floral aftertaste. EKG suits this beer rather well though

Draft at Haarlem beer festival. Pours cloudy yellow with a tiny off white head. Aroma of fruit, light sickly, grapefruit. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

The beer smells like soap, but it tastes even worse. Kuit beer can be nice, but this beer proves it can be horrible as well.
