A traditional Milk Stout with additions of milk sugar for added sweetness. We then add cocoa powder and melted belgian chocolate in the boil and "dry-spiced" with organic coconut flakes after fermentation.

Sample at the Columbus Winter Beerfest on 01/14/2012: This beer is a dark brown color with a medium thin beige head that diminishes quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of chocolate and malt. Medium, creamy body with flavors of chocolate malt and a hint of roasted nuts and sugar. Coconut flavor is difficult to discern but it is probably responsible for the creamy notes. The finish is sweet with a cocoa aftertaste. Above average overall.
