Having played around with sours for a few years, we started to venture out into fruiting more heavily. The Gift of Ida was born soon after. A blend of multiple blended barrels with a ridiculous amount of red raspberries. Our gift of Ida is a fantastic sour blonde ale re-fermented on Red Raspberries from Lakeview Berry farms.
