CD 08/27/2024 MIND OVER MATTER. Pours a turbid yellow body and a small frothy white head. Aroma's of green dank hops, citrus juice/zest, superdank retronasal, with a touch of fruity sweetness and onion. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate bitter, quite juicy. Medium bodied, soft mouthfeel, chalky on the teeth too. Gets juicier by the minute. Finishes with a pleasant bitterness and a great burp! This is how I like 'em.

Canned 8/27/24, drunk 9/22/24. Turbid, OJ. Small, white head, quickly to ring. Juicy stone fruit, deep spice, dankness, mineral. Peach, guava, white grape. Cracker, biscuit, have hey. No resin. Juicy, chalky mineral, lots of unripe guava, with lime, hickory, dank spice, biscuit. Almost smokey in the phenols. Dry, juicy, lean, long stone fruit.

8/27/24 aroma is juicy citrus, grapeskin. So much flavor, soft, clean, so smooth and balanced. Wow.

Mai-23 - endelig tilbage i Dronningens by, og det fejrer jeg ved at gå planken på Taphouse: helt uklar gyllengul med ok skum. Søte citrusfrugter i rigelige mængder, fyrrenåle og eukalyptus. En smule skarp afslutning.
