Large glass, poured from tap at Fermentoren. Dark amber body topped by a firm off-white head that stayed well. Smell of fruity hops, emphasis on red oranges. Blend of dry and fresh hopped fruits to the taste profile, added by sweet dark malts. Rounded hop bitterness to a long tail. Tasty stuff (Copenhagen, 10.05.2012).

On tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, as CBC Ale (Amber Ale), and the ABV was said to be 5.4%, but I assume this is the same beer? Amber colour. Hoppy aroma, fruity notes. Very hoppy flavour, resinous, massive bitterness in the finish.

On tap. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a rich and lacing beige head. Fresh aroma hops up front in the nose. Light-bodied, slightly nutty, but hardly any residual sweetness, a dry and dusty hoppiness with some IBU’s kicking in late. Very much a US style Amber. 110512

Draught @ Ølfestival København

Pours dark orange with a smooth white head. Nice aroma of exotic fruits, caramel malts, toffee and lemony hops. Taste is slightly malty and hoppy with notes of exotic fruits, lemon and caramel. Finish is tingly bitter and malty. Nice, well balanced amber ale.
