Our beer draws inspiration from this very first reference of the importance of the collection of hops. The 822 IPA pays homage to the early days of brewing and showcases the best of today. Simcoe, Mosaic, Amarillo and Centennial hops all contribute to this resinous beer. Expect a fresh bouquet of hop aromas, with pithy citrus and pine notes on the palate, a rich, mouth-filling malt base and smooth bitterness.

Burk djursvik. Tungt blött gräs och vindruvor i doften. Smaken söt grape och sen kommer massor med fin lakrits. Jag gillar inte lakrits men denna jävla lakrits är skitgoood. Fyllig Dipa . Ingenjävla strömming här.

Little hazy orange beer, creamy off-white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, some caramel, mango, some citrus. MF: ok carbon, full body. Taste: lots of sweet ripe tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, nice bitterness, some orange peel, bit resinous. Aftertaste: bitter, sweet, some caramel, tropical fruits, passion fruit, warming alcohol, grapefruit. Lovely beer!

On tap at BrewDog Shepherds Bush. After the Cloudwater dipas it was going to be hard for this to match up. Pine resin aroma. Some caramel malt in the mouth. Pine aroma no doubt. Drinkable in the mouth. No heat. Light bitterness. It’s actually prety good. Good.
