A product brewed for almost 7,000 years, a quest for perfection that never ends. Citrusy, light and refreshing. To Eternity.

Our flagship beer is a World Beer Cup award-winning session IPA that's low in ABV but high in hops. Appropriately named Eternal, this feather-bodied flavour bomb is fit to uplift your body and soul any time of day, any season of year.
True to style, the recipe was envisioned to offer the hit of a generously hopped IPA, but with the sessionability of a classic English pale ale. Simcoe and Centennial hops dominate this light blonde beer with a swathe of tangerine aroma and a sublimely quenching citrus pith aftertaste that lingers on and on and on... eternally.

Tap at TapTap. Thin body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, low sweetness, well attenuated. Hops-centered, with lemongrassy, citrusy, herbal, a bit flowery hops character, a bit of general estery fruitiness. Easy drinking, pretty good.

Golden pour with a small white head. Aroma is tons of tropical fruit, taste is is similar, but adds citrus, herbs, malt/grain/bread. Very nice, esepcially given the low ABV.

Vrij helder geel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van thee, wat ananas en limoen. Goed bier maar niet meer dan dat. Drinkt makkelijk weg.

Session IPA by Northern Monk, from tap at Bar Beenhouwer in Ghent. Snow white, membrane-like lacing, stable, medium thick head over a misty golden blonde robe with greenish tinge and clearly visible sparkling. Aroma of dried lemonbalm leaves, drying white bread, lemon zest, freshly cut grass, green apple, hints of dried lime peel, white soap, gypsum. Cleanly ‘green-fruity’ onset, unripe banana, unripe pear and green apple, fizzily carbonated with smooth, supple mouthfeel; cereally, bit grainy and white-bread-crusty core under growing zesty, grassy hoppiness, stretching out for a while with dryingly bitter effect without becoming harsh at any point, remaining refreshing and spicy – but lacking a bit in New World aromas, apart from a dash of lemon peel-like citrusiness. Decent and very easily drinkable, postmodern Euro style ISA, I would say – so, in practice, more like a hop-forward golden ale than anything truly IPA. Does what it is expected to do, however, does not bore too much and shows no technical flaws – so deserving of a reasonably high score.

Clear pale gold with a frothy white head and a sweet citrus fruit aroma. Light bodied, smooth and easy drinking, it's delicately bitter with some fruity notes and a short dry finish.
