A product brewed for almost 7,000 years, a quest for perfection that never ends. Citrusy, light and refreshing. To Eternity.
Our flagship beer is a World Beer Cup award-winning session IPA that's low in ABV but high in hops. Appropriately named Eternal, this feather-bodied flavour bomb is fit to uplift your body and soul any time of day, any season of year.
True to style, the recipe was envisioned to offer the hit of a generously hopped IPA, but with the sessionability of a classic English pale ale. Simcoe and Centennial hops dominate this light blonde beer with a swathe of tangerine aroma and a sublimely quenching citrus pith aftertaste that lingers on and on and on... eternally.

Huge coarseish offwhite lasting head. Hazy coppery body. Resiny tropical fruit aroma with wood and strawberry notes. Sweetish pineapple and resin taste with spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry strawberry and pineapple aftertaste with citric resiny notes. Nice, drinkable, refreshing. (0.33l can, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Dark golden coloured, medium to big sized white head, mild hoppy nose. Sweetish malty, light caramel, weak citrusy hoppy and some odd sourish notes in the finish. Not the freshest example here.

Hazy, amber orange colored, small+ white head. Aroma is of light malt, medium aroma of fruity and citrusy hops. Taste is medium sweet malt, light biscuit, moderate fruity, floral and citrus hops, medium bitterness, bit soury notes, dry finish. Light+ bodied, soft carbonation. Unfortunately it was starting to show age, should repeat with a fresh one as it shows promise. (on tap, Craft Room, Zagreb)

Tap at Craft Room. Misty orange body. White, creamy head. Apricot, soft maltiness and... A sour note... This has gone. Nice fruity, orangey hopppy touches underneath, soft body, grainy touches, and more light tartness. Okay, bit raised as it’s a bit off and it likely isn’t the brewer’s fault.

Can from M&S. It pours clear golden with a decent white head. The is aroma is fresh, fragrant, sweet lemonade, tangerine, grass, straw and lemongrass. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, straw, grass, pithy citrus, lemongrass, white pepper and slight metallic note with a dry finish. Light+ body and average carbonation. Pretty alright, if forgettable. Not so bad, but far from NM’s best.

Can from Marks & Spencer. Hazy gold in colour, with a frothy, white, head. Aroma of pine and orange fruit, with some citrus hops. Flavour had plenty more citrus fruit, with a slightly sharp edge, crisp malts and more pine in the dryish finish. Enjoyable.

2016 catch up - Can at outdoor school performance - A really nice fruity hoppyness, a sensible ABV and a great sharpness to the beer that cut through the palate. A hazy brew with a good mouthfeel. It was very good and is one that I would seek out again.
