Tap @MBCC 2021, Red Session. Nearly black, oily, no head. Honey and port aroma. Sweet honey flavour, sweet port, mild honey spice and light acidity in the finish. Great!

MBCC. Hazy dark red brown without head. Aroma is sweet, honey, candy sugar, wood and port. Flavor is extremely sweet. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 231021

Found some old ass ratings in a 2nd notebook from CBC '15. Pours unclear dark brown, still. Notes of sweet honey, caramel, molasses, light floral notes, candy sugar, vanilla, tannic finish.

Tap at Mikkeller. Sweet and rich, honey, thick, less discernible flavours than the others I had. Honey dominates. Dark fruit. Pretty full on. The next morning was tough.

Ceramic flip top bottle pours out a dark brown color. Nose is great big sweet candy pit fruit notes and barrel. Taste is more of the nice sweet candy honey notes dark ripe fruit.

No head, just some bubbles. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish, oak, mild vinegar, dark berries, grass, honey, alcohol, dark sugar. Taste is sweet, dark sugar, raisins, oak, honey, grass, caramel, dark fruits. Slightly dry and boozy mouthfeel. Nice.
