Big offwhite head. Hazy deep coppery body. Resiny tropical fruit aroma with pea notes. Sweetish mealy resiny taste with pea and pine needle notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel, slightly flat. Dry resiny mealy tropical fruit aftertaste with spicy notes. Clean, fresh, drinkable. (0.33l can, from Kihoskh, Copenhagen.)

Can from M&S. My first from this brewer. Middling? fizz. Big tropical flavours of mango and pineapple, with citrus coming through afterwards - mandarin and grapefruit. The finish is Juicy Fruits sweets with a moderate bitterness. Only downside is that the fresh green leafy afterburps don’t quite go with the tropical fruit flavours. That aside, it’s an excellent modern IPA; I can’t believe you can get something like this in UK supermarkets now. We’ve come a long way in the last 10 years!

Opatovina Fest. Fresh grassy and citric hoppy aromas.light berry. Good hoppiness. Dry bitter citric hoppiness fresh, okay, bit drily grainy. Not great, but quite above average.

0.33l can. Acc to the date stamp this is already past its bbd, even though I just bought it. Anyhows, I looks really good in the glass with a cloudy orange near glowing body under a near fluffy just off-white lacing medium sized head. Smells grassy and green. Melon fruits. A little dusty perhaps, but surprisingly nice. A little peach, a little melon. Sweet and inviting. Tastes ok also. A little thin on the mouthfeel perhaps, soft on the bubbles. Mild grassy with tones of old melon, cucumber water and it contains a well amount of bitterness. Long old hoppy bitter tail. Works quite well taken consideration the age. 27.05.2017

2016 catch up - Can out outdoor school performance - Very strong alcohol, but good. A cranked up version of the Eternal with more hops and a stronger flavour. Having two in a row was a mistake, but I did enjoy them and it made the event pass more quickly.

Can. Nose is biscuit, citrus, hint of peach and pine. Taste is resin, orange, good malt body, citrus. Slick Mouthfeel. very much a traditional English ipa with modern hops

Can from Marks & Spencer, Cambridge. Drunk at home. Dark gold and slightly hazy with a small tight white head. Classic look. And classic aroma: heady grapefruit and pineapple with pine and light biscuit malt. The taste is bitter and full with sticky sweet resiny hop oils building to the finish. It is fairly short in the finish with a well-carbonated body. A basic IPA but really damn good.

Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Ok lacing. Fine hoppy intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Citric, pine, herbal/grassy and mild fruity flavor. Nice tasty and easy drinkable stuff.
