Tasting @ Home with J&C, October 2011. Dark golden color witha slight haze, nice foamy white head. Graasy hops aroma and flavour. Orange, tangerine, citrus, balanced my nice caramel malts. Nice one,

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Wein Kultur, Berlin. Darker orange/golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, yeasty and quite sourish nose. Very sour yeasty fruity taste with bitter finish and aftertaste. Bad batch, infected brew or something else???

Bottle that Ogi got in Berlin, Croatian RB tasting November 11. POured a lovely deep golden body with a lasting medium sized thick head. Distinctly yeasty nose, perfumey, with a malty presence, light gummibears. Not too IPAish. This might’ve been infected... lactic sourness vs. stale yeastiness. IPA? Not like this. Not completely ruined as a beer, but completely ruined as an IPA. Will try to rerate fresh.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.Light unclear medium to dark yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, grass, orange, ripped mandarin, butterscotch notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111008]

Bottle at the brewpub. Armber orange with no head, aroma is fruity hop with a sweet herbal tone. Flavour has some caramel and quite strong tart grapefruit. Finish is dry tart

Bottle from Bierland in Hamburg. Cloudy orange with a medium white head. The aroma was special with hops but also some notes of brett, like as in an Berliner Weisse or something like that. The taste was quite tart with a lot of grape. An interesting and good German IPA.

Flip top bottle 50cl @ Brewbaker. Orangée, col blanc et soyeux. Arôme, houblon, pin résineux, fruité mandarine et pamplemousse. En bouche, profile houblonnée avec une touche allemande. Houblon herbacé et résineux avec une pointe de malt caramel. Fini sur une belle amertume, trace d’agrumes, pamplemousse tout en gardant un fini sec avec des amertumes houblonnées allemandes. Effervescence est bonne et donne un léger picotement en bouche avec en retrait une pointe de malt.
