Bottle @ home. Quite cloudy, yellow-orange appearance with a big fluffy, off-white head. Spicy coriander, lemon/orange, citrus fruits, quite spicy, light wheat malty nose. Fairly strong lemon, fairly strong coriander, light wheat flavor. Spicy, citrusy aftertaste. Not a bad witbier.

Test vom 30.12.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,7,8,7,8,7 - 7,20

Poured hazy yellow. Very low carbonation. Aroma is of orange peel. Taste is very similar to Blue Moon. Except mouthfeel is thinner. Not very impressive. But not bad, average. LiteWait got in Summer mix pack.

Overall Impression: Solid, pretty standard Belgian White, typical of Saranac.

Hazy golden wit with a thin creamy white head. Fresh sweet fruity aroma, like a tequila sunrise. Sweet oxidized malt with not much character, rather thin. Tasted Spring 2006.

12 oz. bottle. Slightly hazy orange with almost no head. Yeast aroma with a candy-like sweetness. Flavor is pretty much the same. Little spice is evident. Watery.

Slightly hazy orange body with a medium frothy white head. Spice, light lemony citrus and faint grain aroma. Very citrusy flavor, more spice, and a fairly strong grainy finish that lingers around for a bit. Medium body with moderately high carbonation.

Equal aroma of banana and lemon. Color is golden and cloudy. Thin to no head, but decent lacing. Banana and clove taste ending in coriander. Finish is subdued. Clean and well done, lacking in unique qualities.

Poured a translucent grapefruit color with almost no white head. Smellls of lemon, coriander and a hint of ginger. Initial flavor was well rounded, a little citrus, a little malt, a little yeasty. Finish is a little too yeasty for me. Don’t love the style and accordingly thought this beer was utterly average.
