Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty caramel aroma. Roasted malty caramel flavor with hints of coffee. Has a roasted malty caramel finish.

Bottle, 0.5l. 4.5% ABV, 60 IBU. Thick black pour with one finger creamy beige head. Rich on the nose, lots of chocolate and cocoa, coffee, caramel... Intense. Surprisingly thin body, light and watery texture. Regular carbonation. Roasty bitter taste. Rich and intense aroma of cocoa, chocolate and coffee. Roasty, woody. Touch of liquor. Decent hoppy bitternes. Lasting finish, slightly dry. Overall, lacking in body a bit but very nice stout nonetheless. Tasty.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ The Country Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Aarhus. [ As HumanFish Stout ].ABV: 4.5%. Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, light molasses, light chocolate, light wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, wood, bread, dark malt, sweet berries, tart berry notes, black currant. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 4.5%. Very dark brown with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel, little bread, medium sweet, hop, liquorice,, notes of berries, notes of sourness, and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, coffee and hops. Vague sour notes that shouldnt be there.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Some chocolate notes. Average moderate bitter fionsh. oily palate.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of bread, lemons, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with an acidic edge and botes of chocolate, and roasted malt, leading toma bitter finish.
