Brewed with heaps of roasted barley, crystal malts and flaked oats, and then hopped up with Willamette and Centennials. During the fermentation, Jaggery is added and when finished, the beer is aged in whisky barrels for six months.

Bottle at a tasting. Thanks David C. Black with a medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, woody notes, acidic berries and some coffee hints. Flavor is sweet upfront with roasted malt, chocolate notes and some fruitiness and continues dry with coffee, light alcohol hints and some hops. Full silky body.

Black with a thick head. The aroma has bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, light nuts and maybe a hint of barrel and booze. Full bodied. Rich chocolate body with hints of bourbon. Nice lacing down the glass. Very nicely balanced.
