Can at the Airbnb in St Marteen from Alphabet City. Pours deeper, slightly orangeish golden with a white head. Nose is citruses, pine and grass. Taste is somewhat sweet and sticky, showing notes of honey and malts, but it’s also got a pretty intense hoppyness to it (obviously), and there are lots of citruses, grass, pine and also some herbal notes in there. Awesome old-school hop-forward American pale.

0.355l can, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma of mango, peach, citrus, biscuit and vanilla. Pours clear amber color with medium sized soapy off-white head, good lacing and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts overripe tropical fruity, honeyish and floral, following is medicinal, bready and herbal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium to full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Hop zombie…

Opalescent orange colour, minimal off-white lacing; aroma of pine resiny, pine cones, grapefruity, some marmalade and biscuity notes; hop-dominant taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; definitely the best APA I've ever tasted

Hazy orange gold with a bubbly white head. Sweet light malt on the nose, maybe a hint of honey. Citrus bitterness up front, hoppy with sweet orange and malt to balance, very slightly chewy with a dry bitter finish

Citrusy, hoppy, piney, but not bitter. Quite good.

Draft at Chimney Rock, 3/9/24. How the hell have I never ticked this on Rate beer? Clear gold. White grass. Solid lace. Grapefruit, pine, grass. Slightly herbal. A classic.
