Hazy deep amber coloured body with a nice two centimetre tall tan head and a bit of a orange and copper coloured tint - nice. Aroma of peaches, alcohol, malt, raisins, earth and even more peaches - very strong. Medium-bodied; Strong metallic flavour with a lot of peach sweetness and fruity flavours, but the metallic bitterness and earthy maltiness is perhaps a bit too much. Aftertaste is potent, bitter, earthy, deep and long-lasting and very peachy. The alcohol is very noticeable and the burn stretches far longer with the metal still noticeable. Overall, an okay beer, not great or perhaps even good, but some very strong pungent peach flavours - if you can get past the earthy and metallic bitterness. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 20-November-2011 for US$7.95 sampled at home in New Paltz, New York on 20-July-2012.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 5/11/12
Aroma: The nose is sweet, with lots of peach, some candied sugar, and more peach
Appearance: It pours a cloudy orange color with a small, bubbly white head and light lace-work
Flavor: Tastes fruity sweet with lots of peach and peach candy flavors, a light tartness and light bitterness
Palate: The body of this beer is light-medium, with a fizzy carbonation
Overall Impression: This is a pretty solid fruit beer. The peach in the aroma is a little nicer then the peach in the flavor, but I thought the whole thing worked pretty well. Nicely done Terrapin, you've made a very nice novelty "beer" here.

From the 3/2012 3R6P tasting. +++Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy apricot color with a medium sized soapy white head that left no lacing. The aroma was sweet and tart peaches. The flavor was tart and sweet peaches with notes of peach skin and peach pits as well and a yeasty undertone. The finish was long peach skin and peach pits. Medium body. Solid.

Pours amber with gold hues and a bit of haze supporting a tan like head. The aroma smells of peach, marshmallow, powdered sugar and a bit of apple. Hmm. The taste has sort of a peach note rolling quickly into mild tartness followed by malt sweetened lime peel. Into the finish fresh peach and some earthiness head off together with a few of the other notes and slides into the after taste. Easy drinkin’ fresh brew.

Bomber. Pours a bright copper color with a medium white head. A sweet peach nose with some heft to it. A sweet flavor with lots of peaches, a bit sugary, some hints of tartness, bready and yeasty, smooth. Tasty, but lacking a real punch. Somewhat hard to characterize.

Bottle thanks to Scott! Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has notes of flora, light peach and some backing sweet fruit. Flavor has a good amount of bread and grains with just a bit of peach coming out on the finish.

Bottle @ home. A touch hazy, attractive golden orange appearance with a small ivory head. Fresh, potent meaty peach aroma with some mild earth and floral notes. Medium bodied. Mild wheat malty, rich peach pulpy, fruity sweet, slightly tangy flavor with a lightly tart, peachy finish. Actually very easy to drink and not a bad fruit beer.

Bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA, and poured into a Terrapin mason-jar-ish thing. I heart new release glassware. Pours a clear amber with a medium sized creamy head. Good head retention. Aroma of tart and sweet malts with some faint malts. The taste is peaches, pith, vanilla, pale malts and a bitter hop finish. Medium bodied.
