Playin' the hits! Our West Coast-style IPA is turned up to 11 with Apollo, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, and Simcoe hops in the kettle and dry-hopped for a week-long trip with Mosaic. That will leave you with a hop bitterness paired with notes of pine, lemon, and grapefruit that you'll want to write the next great love song to.

Taster at the KoP Yard House. Pours clear, golden color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is rotting apple, abrasive pine, cardamom, and some floral perfume. Sweet and medicinal, with a harsh, grassy bitterness. Medium, sticky, and grainy. Unpleasant and rough.

Draught at Jet Rock Bar and Grill in Terminal B of PHL. Clear copper with moderate white head that patterns well down the glass. Great citrus aroma. Flavor is slightly off the mark on those flavors.

Can from reggiedunlop. Pours brassy gold with a creamy white head. Aroma is lots of citrus with a pine note. Med + body. Flavor is resin/citrus with detectable caramel. It is bitter. But the hop is rather mixed. Strong tho. Somehow I’m not getting much separable flavors.

12oz can pours a lightly hazy orange with some creamy, sudsy white head. Nose has a fair amount of soap, orange, lemon, mild pine. Mostly just soapy. Flavor is very bitter, blood orange, white grapefruit, soap, pine needles. Bitter finish. One note.
