Mohawk Unfiltered Lager is basically made as an German Wienerbeer. The beer have medium bitterness of german hops and large quantities of flavors from American and New Zealand hops . This gives the beer charecteristics of tropical fruit, citrus and flowers.

Draught @ Bishops Arms, Linnégatan. Oh yes! This is the kind of beer that I like at the moment. Too bad it’s hard to find unfiltered lagers in Sweden. Pours golden, semi hazy, with a small white head. Kind of light bodied, but it has got the most wonderful tickling hops. Its fresh of citrus. Sweet. Small bitterness. Small metallic note.
