Tasting at Bruce’ s pad. Thanks to Leighton for this tasty number. Hazy gold beer with a good off white head. Palate is soft and airy. Really nice hops here, and what good be coriander fruits - lime sherbet and floral flavours with lesser citrus, pine, skunk and a touch of lemon. The mild cardamon sets things off nicely. Light dry finish. Lovely citric flavours.

The taste is dough, orange, grapefruit, brett, varnish, spice, funk, wood, earth and Irn Bru with a dry, earthy finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Tasty funky IPA.

Pours pale gold into a Sam glass. White head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Summer flowers, yeast and citrus aromas. Thin with sweet marshmallow, coriander and yeast upfront turning to grapefruit in the lasting finish.
