Bottle from a grocery store in Bridgeport, California. Aroma is floral hops, perfumed notes, curious cherry soda, cassis, malt and light caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium. Strange and a bit unpleasant with a weird chemical cherry soda aroma.

A dark amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, OK. In mouth, a rather grassy sweet caramel malt, with light floral hops, watery and boring. Bottle at Downtown Brew fest LV 2013.

12oz bottle pours a dull deep copper with gold hues and thin white head. The modest aroma offers up some tangy tart grapefruit and orange peel. It is on the timid side for the style. The taste has that easy drinkin’ nearly fresh quality with some tart grapefruit and tangelo peel mixing with faint sweet fruity esters. Into the finish it dries out some as a bit of roasted malts seems to be noticed.

Sampled at Texas Beerfest. Pours a clear amber with a small white head. The aroma is raisin malt and resin. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet raisin malt and nice finish. More of an amber than a pale ale. Decent.
