Growler. Pours a cloudy yellow with paperthin head. Aroma is a strong brett and fruit. Medium mouthfeel with sweet fruit, brett, and light spice in the finish. Good

Bottle on Father’s Day. Pours semi-cloudy yellow gold with overly foamy white head. Nose and taste of citrus zest, peppercorns, wild yeast, lemon zest, lemongrass, orange zest and spicy rye. Medium bodied. A bit overcarbonated.

Bottle while enjoying quiet Friday night at home. Pours hazy greenish gold with huge white head that just won’t quit, in fact too much for glass. Nose of floral, brett, and citrus. Tastes of bitter grapefruit, floral, woody, bretty yeast, and spicy peppercorns. Dry finish and lively palate

From a 75 cl bottle shared at home. Pours a cloudy gold with a massive, and I mean massive, white foaming head. Aroma of orange and bread yeast. Flavors of orange peel with pronounced, but not ever bearing peppercorn notes. Very nice saison.
