The champagne-like bubbles, distinctive hop bouquet, and balanced character of Liberty Ale revives centuries-old ale brewing traditions that are now more relevant than ever. First introduced in 1975, Liberty Ale is brewed strictly according to traditional craft brewing methods, and uses only natural ingredients — pale malted barley, fresh whole-cone Cascade hops and a special top-fermenting yeast, and water.

Bottle from Pezinská pivná pumpa. So this is sort of a history right? I wouldn't really call it liberating. It's okay, not bad, but still I would appreciate more hops in taste.

355 ml bottle, served in flute. Pours pale orange with thick white head. Grapefruit, caramel, hops, grass and orange zest. Hoppy bitterness and fruity. Medium bodied and soft carbonated. Bitter finish and long-lasting aftertaste. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light. Fairly bitter, some fruityness also present, mostly bitter. Not particularly hoppy. A bit watery. Boring but refreshing.

Can from Asda, Purley Way. It pours hazy copper with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, bitter - sweet, piney, resin, stewed orange, peach. toffee and cake. The taste is bitter, earthy, pine, resin, sweet estery fruits.... pear, melon, but also grapefruit, peach, peppery spice and caramel. Finish is firmly dry and woody. Bit of alcohol kicking about, Medium body and average carbonation. Still pretty solid after all these years.

(Bottle) Pours hazy amber brown with small short-lived white head. Nice citrus aroma with pine and caramel hints. Light body with nice fine carbonation. Nice complex taste. There’s citrus, something resinous, apricots in the foretaste. Some burnt toffee hints appear in the mid palate. There’s a pleasant long bitter finish. Very drinkable - complex, interesting and tasty.
