Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Plum and oak forward nose with some light vinous wine and berry notes. Mildly tart, but the plum really shines on the palate: plum flesh, orange, oak and light vanilla notes. Fruity and slightly dry with lingering plum on the finish. Quite nice.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a cup. Hazy light orange, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is tart plum, oak, some red wine, and a little brett.

A bottle on Black Christmas 2016 at 12 Kings. Vintage 2015. Pours a hazy plum color with a white head. Aroma is sour, plums, earthy, similar to lambics. Taste is dry, tart, with some slight hoppy bitterness. Good stuff.

Draft. A hazy pink beer with a a small white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, hay, and spices. The flavor is sour with notes of wet hay, fruits, and a bit of spice, leading to a tart finish.

Sample from bottle @ De Molen, thanks Menno & John. Hazy pinkish color. No head. Aroma’s: sour, fruit (not necessarily plum). Retronasal theres ’sourness, sweet fruit, wood. Flavor is quite sour with light sweetness. Light bodied. Quite dry finish. I liked it.

Pours gold into a Trappist glass. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Brett and plum aromas. Dry with sweet wine upfront turning to tart plum before the medium length marshmallow finish.
