12 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a mix of habanero and mango notes. Flavour is rather obscured, with earthy notes, some cardboard, and light mango. Subdued, with light spiciness. Not feeling this.

Bottle at home. Pours reddish orange. Clear. Off white head. Nose/taste of mango juice, chili pepper, sweet cheap juice and touch of grain in back of palate. Medium body.

Bottle @ Brad’s house Minneapolis, courtesy of jcnielsen. Pours a fairly clear golden appearance with a white head. Spicy pepper, celery, a bit fruity, apricot aroma. Tangy, slightly spicy, a bit boozy, apricot/mango flavor. Not horrible but nothing special.

How good to put in #10. Bomber from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours copper with a creamy/bubbly whiteish head. Aroma is chili over pale malt. Tho the chili is messing with my nasal mucosa. Med body. Flavor is def chili, def pale/weak lager, but there is actually some mango flavor. Finish is dry. Like it’s so hot it has to be. This is going to wash down some Papa Murphy pizza. Battle of the daikaijū for sure.

Have had this twice now, first on tap, very fresh and then in bottle over the weekend. I love pepper beers but this is not my type. I understand the point was to be sweet and hot but there was too much sweet (and not at all recognizable as mango) covering up to pepper, which I crave. Even though I do not like the structure of the beer, its still decently executed. Just too sweet for but I think that was their point.
