Lukr hefe! Let's go! At the brewery on 2/16/24. Moderately cloudy, golden-brass-lemon. Creamy, white head, moderately-well-retained. Not a typical hefe nose, but in a good way, imo. Green, lush herbs and freshly cut grass with heavy white pepper and something not unlike turmeric. Strange, but I don't like banana amyl so I'm not mad. Coriander and white pepper-like flavors with mild clove and minimal banana. Honestly comes off more Belgian wit to me, but whatever. Malty, dry, watery, drinkable, clean. Interesting, non-cookie-cutter hefe.

Draught at the source: pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is banana and spice. Taste is sweet, lightly spicy. Solid.

Keg at the brewery, 12/17/16. Hazy yellow, large creamy white head, good retention. Aroma of wheat and citrus. The taste is citrus, wheat, lime. Medium bodied.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich wheat note with some banana and a hint of straw. Flavor again has rich wheat with banana and just a hint of straw in the finish.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is hard to detect with some wheat malt and again not much else. Flavor is more of the wheat malt then anything. Some clove I guess if you use your imagination. No real banana esters like you would like. Not one of their best efforts.
