Bronze/glld pour, long legs, and lots of alcohol,lacing on the glass. Apple pie aroma, sweet, honey covered apples, and apstries. Mouth feel is thinner than expected. Finish is slightly tart, and quite acidic. Interesting cider, not overly sweet like you often find in the style.

Bottle - Nice caramel and baked apples. Clear gold. Tannin, red apple and a bit of acidity on the finish. OK, but nothing special.

Bottle at 7k/5k. Pours golden amber. Nose/taste of brown sugar, frozen apples and frozen cider. Full bodied.
