Bourbon barrel aged Quad.
Aged for 12+ months deep in the old gypsum mines south of town, this Belgian inspired quadrupel ale pours a deep amber. The big alcohol of the quad pulls notes of bourbon, vanilla and charcoal from the barrels and melds perfectly with the caramel richness.

16 oz. can from a trade with cajzr8, thanks a lot Chuck. Clear ruby color without any head. The flavor and aroma are spot on a Belgian Quad, dark fruit, candy sugar, raisins, dates, caramel, English toffee. The flavor also has a mild addition of oak in the finish. I don’t really pick out the bourbon however, the base quad is very nice.
Mouthfeel is more of the fuller side, with a sticky sugary texture. Sweet but not cloying. The yeast also comes out slightly. This by far is the best brew I have sampled from this brewery.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a Trappist glass. Clear red with small beige head. Aroma is sweet bourbon, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and some small bubble lacing. Taste is malty bourbon, butter scotch, some dark fruit (mostly raisin), and vanilla. Quite flavorful and alcohol is pretty well covered.

Can. Light bourbon, milk caramel malt, and grass aroma. Amber with moderate light tan head and mild effervescence. Sweet raisin, cherry, vanilla caramel, biscuit malt and light alcohol flavor. Very sweet - on the edge of being cloying. Pleasant.
