Pêche du Fermier is our delicate and aromatic Saison du Fermier aged with peaches in French Oak wine barrels. The brightness, depth and rustic character are created by the wild yeast native to our family’s Missouri farm. This Peach Saison was fermented in and aged in wine barrels for more than a year

Damaged bottle from Tavour: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is peache, funk, slight vinegar. Taste is slightly sour, lightly funky, loads of peach. Good not super great.

Bottle, shared by me. Pours slightly hazy orange. Peach, minerally, peach skin, apricot, lemon, sweet stone fruit flesh, funk and sour. Medium body. Very good.

Taster showing pale gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of peach and apricot. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Highly tart with high acidity and pronounced flavors of peach.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense, the Texan Black September connect. Pours Hazy Golden with a creamy White head. Massive funk and Canned peaches. Complex and still very easy and tasty.

Black september, Oluf Bagers Gade. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of peach and funk with an unripe touch. Dry and tart fruity flavour with a fruity sweetness.

Bottle thanks to Peter! Shared among friends. Pours very hazy golden, small white head, dissipates slowly, some lacing. Aroma is peaches, stone fruit galore, pits and stems, lemon, buggy farmhouse funk, brett, oak, peach skin. Flavor is light plus tart and light plus funk. Medium body. Good chit.

Bottle thanks to Dustin. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, peach, oak, wine. Thin mouth, peach, funky, brett, oak, light tart finish, very good.

Bottle at tasting. Pours peach gold white head. Nose/taste of juicy peach, oak, stone fruit and white wine. Soft carbonation. Medium body.
