# 2751; 2/2022. Grainy and corny aroma. Brilliant straw body; white head. Corny, malty, watery. Typical industrial international lager. 0,5 l, can, supermarket, Mersch (Luxembourg).

Not too shabby. Here in Luxembourg in transit but what a great place. Much better than the beer.

Thanks a lot to Erzengel for this 0,33 l bottle. Clear pale golden in the glass, one finger white head. Low grassy grainy smell. Taste? Not a lot. Little bit caramel and grainy with citrus. Cardboardy. Thin. Above average carbonated.

On tap at Britannia Pub, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty standard, with straw and biscuity notes. Flavour is what you'd expect from a typical industrial lager, with straw, herbal notes, bit of skunk. Drinks okay, but it's uninteresting.

From old notes, 2009. Clear pale golden colour, small white head, disappears quickly. Sweet malty aroma, grainy, grassy hops. Flavour mild medium sweet, slightly bitter. Semi-dry bittersweet finish, bit watery.

Grainy, dusty apple aroma and flavor. Sweetish, I can hardly taste any hops. Bland and sticky. Sad pilsener of dubious quality. A second sampling in 2010 largely confirms this rating.
