Bottle. Clear golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, little cucumber, spices, herbs and floral. Flavour is malt, little cucumber, medium sweet, little thin, watery and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are cucumber, malt, fruits, flowers and hops.

Minziger Antrunk, ansonsten mild, trocken hefig. Die Gurken sind ab dem Mittelteil tatsächlich erkennbar, was das Bier nicht unbedingt besser macht., Zum Ende trockene Gurke. Joah... 11/7/5/6//6

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Klare dunkel goldgelbe Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Gewürzen, süß, Kräuter. Geschmack nach Gurken, süß, Gewürze, interessant!

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Murky yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, funk, light cucumber, light herbs. Tastes of wheat, cucumbers, herbs, light spice. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Sampled draft @ In De Wildeman during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is intense gherkin, weird cucumber, vinegar, pickled vegetables, big funk,… Taste is huge lactic gherkin, cucumber, pickled vegetables, gherkin liquid, vinegar, huge funk,… Light & easy to drink. Wow, this really tastes like gherkin to the max, awesome is like gherkins, so weird, so fun, so yummy, (Thanks for sharing Benzai, Ceasar, tlahav,…. )

Keg at the Kingston Arms, Cambridge. Orange/yellow, cloudy with reasonable white head and lacing. Smells like a nice pilsner: lemony, grassy, cereal. I can’t taste the mint, but the savoury cucumber cuts the sweetness. I don’t really detect the Saison yeast. A bit wearing in the palette. Verdict: a better tick than a beer.

75cl bottle. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. A bit hazy. Nose - green notes over citrus. Cucumber becomes evident. Taste - loads of dry green notes. Some citrus and honey in the background Palate - light and fresh and dry all the way through. Overall - won’t score sp well but what a great cooling beer for spicy food.
