Old rating from 07-07-15 - 330ml bottle, pours dark amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, grapefruit, pear, lemon, apricot, orange, flora & biscuit malt. Medium body. Crisp light bitter finish. Highly enjoyable

Cloudy gold pour, medium white head. Citrucy aroma, biscuity malts. Flowery, floral citrus finish. Medium to low bitterness. A superb drinking apa, not over the top, just enough hops to keep you coming back.

Bottiglia. Sentori di luppolo e di agrumato vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta trasparente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è persistente ed insistita. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano caratteristiche di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, pompelmo, mela verde, menta, mango e vaniglia.

Can. Piney hop with grapefruit, malt, pine resin, hint of ripe orange. Pleasantly bitter and light sweet. Medium body. Basic classic APA.

Can from Beer52. Clear bright light amber with white head, modest retention. Aroma of grapefruit, mango, pine; nice freshness. The malts are much more notable than most in this style nowadays. Has a crisp caramel wafer taste about it with some grapefruit, light tropical and pine. Nice bitterness in the finish. Arguably a bit simple for the year 2024 but a tasty session beer is always a good thing.

Optisch tiefgoldgelb bis bernsteinfarben und klar mit sehr feiner Perlage. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone wirkt wässerig-flaumig und hält mäßig gut. In der Nase kommen sowohl malzige Noten von Honig, als auch fruchtige Noten von Zitrone, Bergamotte, Mandarine und Marille zum Vorschein. Eine zarte Würze legt sich dazu. Der Antrunk kommt frisch, angenehm rezent, leicht süßlich malzig, saftig und süßlich-fruchtig bis fruchtig-herb. Im Mundgefühl präsentiert sich ein Körper mit mäßiger Fülle, feiner Rezenz, samtiger Textur und leichter Trockenheit. Auf Zunge und Gaumen geben sich honigartige Malznoten, gemeinsam mit reifer, saftiger Fruchtigkeit und Noten von Bergamotte, Mandarine, Marille und überreifer Ananas die Ehre - jedoch ohne zu süß zu wirken, da eine sehr angenehme Herbe mitschwingt. So entsteht ein sehr schönes und gut überschaubares Gesamtbild, indem sich Malz und Hopfen sehr ausgewogen verhalten und damit auch eine sehr gute Drinkability erzeugen. So eignet sich dieses Bier selbstverständlich auch für Leute, die sich langsam an Pale Ales und IPAs herantasten wollen. Im Nachtrunk kommt eine faszinierende Note von Earl Grey (Schwarztee mit Bergamotte) auf, die langsam nachlässt und in eine angenehme, leicht harzige Hopfenherbe übergeht.

Clear amber. Aroma is floral hops light grain some honey some aromatic oils and overripe fruit. Taste is rather bitter oily hop but the body remains some lightness. Medium drinkability. Alright
