[9/19/15] Draught at the brewery in Oostvleteren. Clear orange. Aroma of “green” hops, kinda leafy, and graininess. Flavor of “green” leafy hops, some malt sweetness, graininess, and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottle @ holiday resort in Malta. Hazy amber with a big and lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 141015

Draft @ Monk’s American Bar, Stockholm. Pours a slightly hazy golden pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grassy weak buttery flavor. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy bitter finish.

Sampled at Max’s Rare and Obscure Part 8. Pours a clear orange with some frothy, white head. Nose has grass and citrus peel, mild resin, mild honey. Flavor has white grape, tangerine, orange, perfume. Crisp finish.

On tap at Gollem Amstelstraat. Slightly hazy orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of grassy, light citrusy, and earthy hops, some caramel, light malts, Belgian spicy yeasty notes. Flavour is light malty, light caramel, nice grassy and light citrusy hoppy bitterness. Light bodied. Nice starter.

On tap at Café Rose Red, Brugge. Clear deep golden to amber with an off-white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma with peaches, some herbal notes and hints of citrus and pine. Moderate sweet with nice, but slightly modest hoppy and fruity flavours and a pleasant bitterness. A bit thin, but tasty and session able.

[ As Struise Danko Power IPA ].Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, light grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fruity hops, pale malt, citrus - grassy hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140925]
