The last of my Secret Santa stash. Thanks Santa! Mojito glass @home after a few months of sleep in the cold basement. Every slightly hazy, golden, light but constant froth. Earthy, soggy wheat, strong & sweet lemon with a faint bit of ginger & a slight inviting twang on the end of the sniff. Taste is sharp lemon tea, Lemon Head sweetness, white grape, white peach, itchy wheat, moderate & approachable funk. Sulfite headache. Low carb, medium high acid. A Witbier in name only. Tasty.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with some creamy, white head. Nose has lemon, butter, a little diaper/baby powder, passion fruit, a little peach. Flavor is very lemony, passion fruit too, apricot, light urine, white grape. Finishes a touch oily. That lemon balm really comes through.

Batch 2. Bottle picked up at the brewery and shared in NH. It pours hazy gold with a quickly dissipating white head. The nose is soft, fresh, lactic twang, chamomile, white grape, elderflower and a rough of ginger. The taste is crisp, tart, some acidity, white grape, floral, white wine, gooseberry and some cloudy ginger beer. Medium body and fine carbonation. Plenty of white wine feel about it. Rather nice stuff.
