Aroma of citrus, orange, peppery yeast, grapefruit, some pine, hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a medium bitter finish. Wonderful refreshing citrus yeast aroma, it this were a little fuller in body and flavour it would be an elite beer.

15/7/2020. Bottle from Beer Gonzo. Poured with a big foamy off-white head, settled hazy pale orange gold with a small foamy head. Aroma of citrus, orange, flowers, hops, herbs, yeast, light spicy notes. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness, with a nice light tart edge. Moderate body, quite fizzy/frothy carbonation. Quite enjoyable aside from the froth.

Bottle. Pinkish golden color. Loads of tropical and citrusfruit and soft floral notes in the aroma. Floral grassy citric tart flavor. Some sweet Malta but the citrusfruit, pineapple and passion fruit are Dominating. Great beer!

Tight white bubbly head continued to grow on a highly effervescent golden body. Zesty aroma with brett, yeast, coriander & orange. Medium bodied, well carbonated & clean & dry on the back. Yeast, coriander, chalk, spices, orange & tangy citrus tastes.

Bottle. Orangeish amber with a brief white head. Unusual and funky cedar, honey bread and lemon aroma. Alive. Sweet with seemingly tart citrus, spicy funk, blousy stonefruit. Dryish and moderately bitter with some zingy notes at the end. Lovely and deeply refreshing beer but it's not helpful to call it an IPA of any sort IMHO.

(Bottle) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with big frothy off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with orange, apricots, crisp-bread, hay, spicy yeast and floral hops. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, apricots, rye bread, hay, some spicy yeast and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced, with a gentle saison character and fresh hops. Nice one.
