Tap as SpontanWarsaw @ Mikkeller bar, Warsaw May 2018. Golden orange body with a small white head. Aroma has some citric fruit, a hint of lemon, wood and funk. Flavor is medium sweet, smooth malt, citric fruit, acidic berries, some wood and funk. Medium body and smooth, acidic aftertaste. Refreshing and easy drinkable, like a smooth, plain lambic without too much complexity. Nice and easy.

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends, Reykjavik. As "Hverfisgata Spontanale". Aroma of fruits, green apples, citrus, vinegar, sour yoghurt. Flavour is medium to heavy sour. Nicely dry finish. Very enjoyable Lambic.

Drucken på Moriskan/Mikkeller Malmö som House Spontan. Frisk och lite funkig med smak av strå, omogen frukt, citrus, gröna äpplen. Ganska snäll syra. Trevlig

Keg at Mikkeller Brewpub London. As Rick's Spontan. Fruity and tart vinous aroma. Copper gold. Thin creamy white head. Medium-heavy sour. Vinous. Fruit. A sweet fruitt element rises through and into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Decent stuff with a zap.

On tap at Mikkeller Barcelona. Pours a clear gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has oak, sour fruits, a hint of lemon and a light earthy funk. Flavor starts a bit thin with light lemon and a bit of sour fruit with growing oak and funk notes.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a medium size white head with light retention and light lacing. Aroma of light funky notes with faint oak notes is OK. Taste is a mix of faint oak notes with some funky barnyard notes. Body is about average with OK carbonation. Not bad but doesn’t have the complexity of flavours I was expecting.
