Fermented in stainless with a mix of our favorite yeast and bacteria, Lucid presents you with aromas of Chardonnay, grapefruit, and apricot. The taste follows closely behind exhibiting Champagne-like flavored with a pleasant and approachable tartness. A natural refermentation in the bottle gives Lucid it's soft and creamy effervescence. The first of many varied and distinct bottles in the Tree House journey. We hope it delights you!
