Voor dit bier hebben we ons laten inspireren door de Duitse Weizen en Kölsch bieren. Naast twee gerstemouten gebruiken we tarwemout om het bier wat lichter van kleur en zachter van smaak te maken. Duitse hopsoorten worden toegepast als bitter- en aromahop. Een Duitse gistsoort zorgt tevens voor een lichte en frisse citrusgeur. Het is een bier van hoge gisting en koude lagering

On tap at NHBF’14. Light hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, some wheat, hint of spice. Flavour is medium-sweet, light malty, wheat, citrus, yeast. Very soft and comes across as a Belgian Wit. OK, but very bland.

Sampled at the Noord-Hollands Bierfestival. Pours hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of light fruit, grass and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
