Location: 12 oz bottle from Spec's, 6/1/14
Aroma: The nose is full of tropical fruit and yeast, spice/pepper, mild funk, and some herbal notes
Appearance: Pours an unclear gold color with a thin sheet of white head and pretty good lacing
Flavor: The taste is sweet for the style, pretty fruity, with some nice spice/yeast flavor
Palate: The body is medium, it has a fairly clean feel, average carbonation, and a light dry finish
Overall Impression: I found this pretty enjoyable and also pretty unique. The more of it I drank the more I enjoyed the beer. I liked how the tropical sweetness played on the underlying yeasty/Saison flavors. Well done.

Bottle - Peach, pineapple, lychee and other tropical fruits. Hazy yellow gold with a rich white head. Light tropical fruit, grass and yeasty finish. Light and refreshing, but it could use either a kick of bitterness or tartness to add depth.

Tap at Craft and Growler - I am torn on this one - it has a nice crips dryness to it, and an ample bitterness, but the flavor of the mosaic and citra seem out of place at first, but mellow and settle as your palate adjusts - the phenols are a bit plastic-like up front, but settle into some earth and light funkiness - a little bit of sweet melon and mango, and a touch of ginger at the end - okay, I guess I like it.
