Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is very woody and citrus with honey. Taste is a citrus, honey sour that seems to go on and on. Limited carbonation. Very very good.

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a unclear golden orange with a bubble white head. Aroma is oaky, woods, citrus, orange, funky, straw. Taste is tangy fruits, citrus, woods, really oaky, tingly tart finish.

1/12/2021. Bottle courtesy of jtclockwork. Made it New York rating #100 and New York brewery #50. My first US state to hit darkest blue on the map. Pours hazy/cloudy pale orange gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is woody, funky, citrus, lemon, yeast, sherbet, touch of honey. Taste is acid drop sweets, with light sweetness, medium to heavy tart, and a little salty. Medium body, fizzy carbonation. Long tart finish. Super stuff.

Bottle thanks to Rainer. Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong oak, floral, funk. Medium body, oak, light funk, very tart, really good.

At JTC 10k tasting. Hazy yellow beer. Nose is sour oak and yeast. Tastes of lemons, grass, honey, yeasty, and slighty odd after taste.
