Hazy amber body, thin-medium off-white head. Light, spicy aroma featuring nutmeg and cinnamon, and I suppose allspice too, if I could pick that one out. The spices present somewhat harshly in the body, which does thankfully exhibit a bready malt backbone, especially evident as the beer warms up a bit. It’s OK but there are so many of these beers on the market now, it is hard to separate from the pack.

Bottle. Dingy and amber color with some ugly carbonation hanging on the side of the glass. Head is small and fizzy. Aromas are of mulled cider and a little bit of pumpkin. Flavor: Yowch! Flavor is like a pumpkin ale at first and then gives way to a sour pucker that is reminsicent of Jolly Pumpkin products. Interesting and very different from your average pumpkin ale, but comes off kind of watery from time to time.

Pour is a cloudy copper with a small white head. Aroma is deffinatly cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor is super spice with all of the players listed on the bottle showing up, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg, with a wee bit o hops also there. An tasty spicebeer and very warming.

This has one of the coolest looking pumpkin beer labels I have observed. When you pour you get a swirling hypnotizing tempest from the gunk on the bottom of the bottle. Pour it properly like a n unfiltered dunklewiezen. Has a rolling stream of fine bubbles coming from within this light crazy hazy iced tea appearance. Taste is spicy but not quite as bitter as most pumpkin beers I’ve tasted lately. Does coat your tongue with an almost Oktoberfest inference. The spices are a little difficult for my palate in any pumpkin beer, but this is probably one of the better ones so far, overall it lacks the bitter medicinal taste on the finish. The spices somewhat remind me of the heavily spiced american wheats.
