On tap at the brewery. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong wood, roast, smoke, peat. Medium body, similar flavors to nose, nice dry finish, very good.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours dark brown color with tan head. Aromas of smoked and roasted malts with some chocolate. Similar flavors. Medium body with average carbonation.

At the brewhouse during a 3-hour layover at MIA as part of a sampler. Poured an oily black with minimum light tan head. Taste was smoky with moderate roast. Thin.
