750ml bottle. Barely clear amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Malt dominated aroma with toffee notes, floral hoppy overtones, hints of hibiscus, rose hip, a touch of orange zest. Taste is moderately sweet malty, toffee notes tight-knit with a fruity orange touch, some herbal-spicy yeast influences; relatively light body, very drinkable, a sweet-ish sticky layer moistens the lips.

Sampled at Festival der Bierkulturen, Koln. Pours light hazy golden with an off white head. Aroma of honey, vegetal notes and sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, small head. Starts strong, malty, not as alcoholic as Admerale. Not too sourish, more and more sweety notes. Not too intense. Fine spicy, modest fruity. Finish well balanced, warming malty, very drinkable. Really good beer!
