Pretty clear, but ever so slightly hazy golden and light orange coloured body with a nice two to three centimetre tall pure white head that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of dry and quite bitter orange peel and grapefruit notes with a pretty noticeable wheat scent and a soft sweetness on the finish, but the hops really dominate the smell here. Medium-bodied; Strong grasy and very citrusey hop flavours show at first with a pretty noticeable malt bite as well that has some biscuity notes and finishes with a touch of sugars from caster sugar, but also the citrus fruit. Aftertaste shows some smooth sweetness and malty components here near the end, but there is a steady stream of bitterness from the hops that finishes this nicely. Good to sample while here locally for vacation. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Hyman's Seafood Restaurant on New Year's Eve 2021 with my family in Charleston, South Carolina on 31-December-2021 for US$6,00.

Very bitter and resinous, with tons of herbaceous pinecone notes, but with a heavy, doughy yeastiness as well, one that distracts from the grapefruit and lemon zest from the hops. An IPA focusing more on hop quantity than total quality, leading to a clunky, if moderately drinkable, pint.

Pour is a hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is an ok pine hop with some sweet sugary malts. Flavor is again a ok pine hop, it's not as sweet as I thought it was going to be, but this is way too malt heavy and lightly bitter. One of those IPA's where 20 years ago this would have been cutting edge but now not so much.

Can at Magnolias in Charleston. Poured a clear amber color with a medium sized, fluffy white head. Aroma was juicy hops. There was a little bit of a light earthy, light resin character to it. Tasty.
