Start with huge grapefruit aroma. Pile on more bitterness than the human palate (or nipple) can detect, ride the anarchy and caramel craziness and let the devastatingly bitter finish drill straight through your taste buds.

Put a bullet in the head of mediocrity, raise hell and revel in bitter craft awesomeness. This beer is the end of the line. The hopped-up, puckered mouthed extreme of craft brewing. This beer is bitter. Very bitter. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Can from the advent box Pours a hazy dark straw color with a good sized frothy bone white head that persists. Earthy pithy citrus and tropical fruit with a hint of bread underneath.

440ml can - Pours a clear golden amber colour with a small foamy white head. The aroma is fruity, grapefruit, orange, peel and pine. A bittersweet hoppy taste, sweet malts, bitter grapefruit, orange, caramel and pine with a citrus and pine hoppy bitterness in a bittersweet finish.

On tap at Brewdog in LV. Pours clear light golden with a small white head, light lacing. Floral, grapefruit, pine, stone fruit. Tasty.

Keg at BrewDog Huddersfield. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are citrus sweet to light tropical fruity and bitter. Full body.

Keg at BrewDog Waterloo, 27/04/23. Clear golden with a lasting white cap. Nose is orange pith, pine nip, crisp citric peel, melon, papaya. Taste comprises grapefruit, grass, pine needle, melon, citric tinged straw, crisp malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness. A very well executed and crushable IPA ... a return to form for BD on the hop front!

Draft. Amber beer with a low cream head. Grapefruit and light pine aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor with light floral notes. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine linger.
